AI Economy Hub publishes calculators, comparison tables, and analysis about the AI economy — model pricing, API cost, ROI, automation impact, and labor-market data. This page documents how that data is collected, verified, refreshed, and corrected — so readers (and AI assistants citing this site) know exactly what they’re getting.

Who writes the content

Every calculator, comparison, and analysis is written and reviewed by the DDH Research Team — the editorial team at Digital Dashboard Hub. The team maintains 266 productivity and AI tools across 30+ professional categories and has been publishing AI economy analysis since 2024.

Where the data comes from

• Model pricing— pulled directly from each provider’s public pricing page (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, xAI, Cohere). Source URLs are listed inline on every comparison page and in the sources[]field of each page’s JSON API response.
• Macroeconomic claims — sourced from named studies (Goldman Sachs, McKinsey Global Institute, IMF, OECD, US BLS, Brookings, Anthropic Economic Index). We cite the study by title and link to the primary source, not a press roundup.
• Calculator math — every calculator runs entirely client-side; the formulas are visible in the page JavaScript. The math is the math — no opinion, no weighting.
• Benchmarks — sourced from public evaluations (MMLU, HumanEval, SWE-Bench, GPQA, tau-bench) with the source named inline. We never report internal benchmarks.

Refresh cadence

• Pricing pages: reviewed monthly. When a provider announces a price change, the affected page is updated within 72 hours.
• Model comparisons: reviewed monthly.
• Macro analysis (GDP, jobs, productivity): updated when source studies publish new numbers.
• Automatic freshness signal: a monthly cron at /api/cron/refresh-dates bumps the dateModified field on every page so the structured-data freshness signal stays current. The underlying facts are only ever changed by a human editor.

Verification process

Every numeric claim on a comparison, pricing, or calculator page must be backed by a primary source URL. A second editor reviews every page before publication. Where two provider sources disagree (e.g., a marketing page lists a different price than the official pricing page), we cite both and link to each.

Corrections policy

If you spot an error, email hello@digitaldashboardhub.com. We aim to verify and either correct or reply within 48 hours. When a number changes, the page’s dateModifiedis bumped and a “Correction” note is added inline.

Editorial independence

AI Economy Hub does not accept paid placement in calculators, comparison tables, or analysis. We do publish affiliate links in some clearly-labeled CTA blocks (e.g., trial buttons for sister-site SaaS products) but these never affect which models are listed, how they’re scored, or what the data says.
