These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AI Economy Hub (the "Site"), a free collection of calculators, comparison tools, prompt builders, and articles focused on AI economics, workforce analysis, and business model planning. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any part of this Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Educational and informational use only

All calculators, tools, and articles on this Site are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are designed to help you understand the economics of AI systems, estimate costs and returns, and structure decisions — not to serve as professional advice of any kind.

AI model pricing, benchmark scores, token rates, provider capabilities, and regulatory requirements change frequently — sometimes multiple times per quarter. Always verify current numbers against official provider documentation (Anthropic Console, OpenAI platform, Google AI Studio, etc.) before committing resources based on figures you see here. We update pricing tables as providers announce changes, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Specifically:

• ROI and runway calculations are planning estimates based on the inputs you provide and stated assumptions. They are not forecasts or guarantees of business outcomes. Actual results depend on execution, market conditions, model performance, and many factors this Site cannot anticipate.

Calculators and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but:

• Cost estimates are approximations. Actual API spend depends on prompt design, system prompt length, caching configuration, batching strategies, retry rates, provider billing policies, and usage patterns we cannot know in advance.
• Benchmark scores are based on publicly available leaderboard data as of the date noted and may not reflect current model capabilities.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Economy Hub, its operators, and contributors disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Economy Hub, Digital Dashboard Hub, and Andy Gaber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in full.

Intellectual property

The calculators, calculator formulas, tool interfaces, article text, and site design are owned by Andy Gaber and Digital Dashboard Hub unless otherwise noted. You may use the tools freely for your own analysis. You may quote or link to articles for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, scrape, or republish substantial portions of article text, tool designs, or calculator formulas without written permission.

Model names (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) and provider logos are trademarks of their respective owners (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider unless explicitly stated.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically download Site content for commercial redistribution without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary calculator logic.
• Use the Site to transmit malicious code or interfere with its operation.
• Misrepresent affiliation with or endorsement by AI Economy Hub.

This Site contains links to external websites, including AI provider documentation, pricing pages, and third-party research. These links are provided for convenience and information purposes only. AI Economy Hub does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Accessing an external link is at your own risk.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on this Site may be affiliate links — links that include a tracking parameter that may result in a commission if you make a purchase through that link. These are clearly labeled where present. Affiliate relationships do not affect the content or analysis on this Site. We do not recommend tools because of affiliate economics; we link to tools we believe are genuinely useful.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the Site evolves. We will note material changes at the top of this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, stop using the Site.
